Before you started using it, how were you handling bookings?
“I was using a hard back A4 page per day diary (which was costly and heavy)… Bookings would come through at all hours of the day and night 7 days a week… when it was a Sunday evening after 10pm for example it kind of makes you annoyed that customers don’t think to respect your non working hours… I found it hard to settle on prices as people would argue or haggle with me.”
